Needed to order some furniture from our local La-Z-Boy in Indiana but have it supplied and delivered from the La-Z-Boy in Virginia. The Indiana folks made the ordering process smooth, even though this was a complicated situation. I'm anticipating that the delivery process will go smooth, but would like to wait to leave a review on that part of it until it occurs in July. Thanks!

Byron Hay was a great associate who really worked hard to earn our business today. He was thoughtful, respectful, and informative. He gave us options we didn't know were available for our new reclining sofa and loveseat, and we greatly appreciate his patience and care with our custom order.

Enjoyed the purchase process which happened just yesterday. I’d done quite a bit of research on line so had an idea of what I wanted. Ruby met me at the door and she walked me through the store. She knew the inventory and asked great questions and helped guide me to great choices that actually saved me a lot of dollars from what I’d originally thought I was going to buy. She was a great representative of La-Z-Boy. Looking forward to the sofa and recliner when they are delivered in 6-8 weeks.

Have to say my experience with Lay-Z-Boy of Fairfax was outstanding. My sales associate Michael was knowledgeable and helpful at every stage of the decision making process. He ensured that my questions were answered and I was in the best product to meet my needs. Will absolutely be returning for additional needs in the future.

Buying our new couch from Lazy Boy was a very positive experience. Salesperson, Mike was very helpful. Couch even came in earlier than expected which we were happy about. The delivery guys were very careful with it. The new couch looks lovely in our home and is so comfortable.

The staff was friendly and knowledgable. We were able to select a sofa that worked well with our needs and our living room. Store is easy to access and yes, you can bring your Starbucks with you that you got next door! Parking is on the side which I recommend so you don't get stuck in the carwash wait line! Great selection of sofas and recliners - check the back from some mark down carpets and coffee tables!

I had an excellent experience at the Fairfax VA La-Z-Boy business (in a standalone building near Rt 50). The staff there are excellent, and that location has a very large showroom. The sales person chatted with me to learn my preferences, and then walked me around to try out about 8 different recliners. She really helped me find one that fit my body well, and was within my budget. I highly recommend this location. Delivery and set up was excellent as well.

I walked in the store and was greeted by Michael who listened to what I was looking for and was very helpful in finding the colors and style of living room furniture I had in mind. I went back three times looking at swatches and Michael was always so pleasant and caring. Carolyn, the design specialist, came to my house with the swatches and made recommendations based on the layout of my living room. She also measured the area as well as the entry and stairs to make sure the furniture would fit through when it arrives. She helped finalize the purchase, so now I'm waiting for my furniture to be made and delivered. Both Michael and Carolyn made my experience less stressful than it could have been.

We purchased the Meyer couch, loveseat and ottoman and absolutely love it! We decided to upgrade the cushions since we use our furniture until it needs to be replaced so we wanted to get a long life out of this set. It is very comfortable! You can tell it is high quality that you would expect from Lazy Boy. The price was great for what you get. The process and communication from ordering to delivery was easy!
